How long until my piece arrives?
Most pieces are hand-finished and ship from Tyler, Texas within 2–3 business days. Depending on your location in the US, you can expect your package in about a week.
Do I need my own 3D design file?
Not at all! You can browse our curated catalog of designs, or simply tell us your idea and we can help source or create a model for you.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Magic should be perfect. If your piece arrives with any defects or doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 14 days and we’ll make it right or offer a full refund.
