Common Questions

Do I need 3D design or CAD experience?

No. You move sliders and type values — size, text, thickness. The generator handles the geometry.

What printer do I need?

Any FDM printer that can handle standard STL files. Each module’s defaults are tuned for common tolerances, and you can adjust wall thickness and clearances yourself if your printer needs it.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for — no partial refunds, no surprise cutoff. After that, you keep every STL you already downloaded; only new downloads and further customization stop. You can cancel anytime from My Account.
