1. Information We Collect
A. Account Information. When you create an account to subscribe, we collect only the email address and password you provide. Your username is generated automatically from your email and is never shown to you or anyone else — there’s no name, mailing address, or phone number required to subscribe.
B. Contact / Inquiry Form. If you reach out through the Inquiry form on our site, we collect whatever you enter there.
C. Payment Information. We never see or store your card number or other payment details. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and sold to you through Link, Stripe’s own checkout and payments brand; Stripe and Link handle your card data directly, under their own privacy and security practices.
D. Generation & Export Records. Each time you generate and download a file as a subscriber, we log the module you used, the parameters you chose, the date and time, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address — never the 3D model itself. This record exists to enforce your subscription and investigate abuse; the hashed IP is deleted automatically 90 days after it’s recorded.
E. Automatically Collected Information. When you visit fableprint3d.com, our hosting and security providers log standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
F. Cookies. We use cookies for your WordPress login session, for Cloudflare Turnstile (which screens out bots on registration, login, and password recovery), and for Cloudflare’s own security and performance functions. We don’t use cookies for advertising or marketing profiling.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Create and maintain your account and subscription
- Process payments, through Stripe and Link (Section 1C)
- Enforce the per-subscription limits on file generation (Section 1D)
- Respond to messages sent through the Inquiry form
- Send account-related email — password resets, welcome messages, billing notices —
- Investigate suspected abuse of the free sample or the subscription paywall
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising or marketing profiling.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal information:
- To perform our contract with you — running your subscription and account
- Based on your consent, where consent is the basis (for example, non-essential cookies, if any)
- For our legitimate business interests — abuse prevention and service security
You can withdraw consent, where consent is the basis, by contacting us (Section 11).
4. Data Sharing
We share information with the service providers that help us run Fable Print 3D, each limited to processing it for that purpose:
- Stripe and Link — payment processing (Section 1C)
- Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and bot protection
- Our web hosting provider
We don’t share Fable Print 3D customer data with a separate CRM or marketing-automation platform.
We don’t sell or rent personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
5. Data Security
We rely on our service providers’ own security measures — Stripe’s PCI-compliant payment infrastructure and Cloudflare’s network security — plus WordPress’s built-in account and password handling. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain:
- Account information for as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterward to handle any billing dispute
- Generation and export records (Section 1D) for 90 days, after which the hashed IP is deleted automatically
- Inquiry form submissions for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the exchange
We don’t keep data longer than these purposes require.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent, where consent is the basis for processing

8. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites — for example, Stripe’s or Link’s own pages during checkout, or social platforms. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don’t operate.
9. Age Requirement
Fable Print 3D’s subscription service is for use by adults 18 and older, consistent with the eligibility rule in our Terms of Service (Section 3). We don’t knowingly collect personal information through the paid service from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
